JOB TITLE
SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
JOB SUMMARY
The SeniorProjectEngineer is responsibleformanaging thedayto dayplanningandengineeringinitiativesforan EPC Project;Manage theplanningprocessfor projectexecutionby analyzing project feasibility, and making sure projects are implemented in due time.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinatewithregionalandsitemanagementonstatus,significanttrendsandchangesof approvedprojects
- Developandexecutetheoperationsprojectswithmultipleprojectengineersandmanagerswithin theregionincludingengineering,procurement, EPCM, owner’steam,andexternalconstruction managementconsultants
- Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, ProjectControlManagement, EngineeringManagement, Procurement, Construction Management, etc.areallcoordinated andproperly staffed to meet the project(s) goals
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project(s)
- Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are established by all parties and maintained and conduct reviews of detailed design drawing andspecifications
SKILLS/COMPETENCE
- Registeredwitharecognizedprofessionalassociation(COREN)
- Abilityto work independentlywithminimalsupervision
- Strong knowledge of Safety and Environmental Regulations
- Strongmentoring,trainingandcoachingto juniorcolleagues
- Proventeamplayerskills withabilitytobuildandmaintaininternalandexternalrelationships
- Capableof ManagingMultipleProjects
- Capableof readingdrawingsandschematics
- Proficientin MicrosoftOfficesuit
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- B.S. degree in Engineering and 10 years projectengineering, management experience or equivalentcombinationof trainingandexperiencearevery key
- 10 years minimumproject engineering, management experience or equivalentcombinationof trainingandexperiencearenecessary mostly from EPC and Oil & Gas Company
