JOB TITLE
FINANCE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
Manage the finance and accounts functions of the Group Holding Company; oversee the management of the finance and accounts functions of the subsidiary companies.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the subsidiary companies’ Finance/Accounts functions are consistent with Internationally Accepted Accounting Practices and with the Group Accounting Policy
- Ensure development, implementation and continuous review of financial policies and procedures to ensure existence of internal controls
- Supervise all company financing efforts and loan administration to ensure that all obligations are met
- Liaise with External auditors to ensure timely completion of the annual audits and with Financial Control on consolidation
- Provide financial advice on the company’s short, medium and long term cash/ funding/ risk situation to the Chief Operating Officer and Management
- Implement Management financial policies in line with approved financial procedures and generally accepted Financial/Accounting practices and statutory requirements; Manage effectively the budget and budgetary control system ensuring that periodic statutory and management information reports and accounts are timely produced

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- BSc Accounting with ACA or ACCA
- 12 -15 Years post-graduation experience with at least 5 years in a senior finance position in a reputable company preferably in a Logistics management/oil/gas company
