JOB TITLE
SENIOR MECHANICAL PIPING SUPERVISOR
JOB SUMMARY
To Supervise EPC Activities in an Oil and Gas Environment according to demand and quality standards. The staff will ensure overall supervision for EPC Oil & Gas Projects are executed in line with the Client and Company Objective
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and executionof projects to ensure maximum productivity within optimum quality
- Plan and organize ,including generation of programmes
- Follow-up and optimum resource utilization,Control and monitoring of departments man-hour expenditure including indirecthours, overtimes and days off toworkers
- Provide back upto the Sr. Foreman for managing and handling projectsincluding providing technical advice as required
- Planning and executionof projects to ensure maximum productivity within optimum quality
- Ensure all work is carriedoutsafely, befitting the highstandards ofEPC and Ensure that the safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and Team player
- Experience in Oil & Gas Project within Tropical Environment
- Excellent knowledge on Fitting, Piping and Mechanical Engineering and Quality control principles
- Strong knowledge of Safety and Environmental Regulations
- Strong mentoring, training and coaching to junior colleagues
- Proven team player skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Capable of Managing Multiple Projects
- Capable of reading drawings and schematics
- Proficient in (MS PROJECT)
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP System
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- SC./HND/OND Degree or similar related degree
- Proven working 10 years’ experience inSenior Mechanical/Piping Supervisor or Lead role
- Experiencearenecessary mostly from EPC and Oil & Gas Companies
