CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Responsible for directing strategy, constructability,managing and overseeing all EPC construction activities in oil & Gas Industry, outperforming the defined objectives, deliver industry leading safety performance within the required Nigerian construction industry standards.

• Oversee the construction execution, construction method and sequences for each activities, constructability, outside prefabrication and on Site installation, Construction organization chart recruitment strategy, establishing the best resources required for all construction activities
• Establish Progress measurement principles by activities (Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation etc.)
• Coordinate establishment of all resources required for in house Company Construction Execution
• Develop construction execution plan
• Develop with support of QA/QC all construction related procedures and method statement required for specific projects;

• Ability to demonstrate a broad knowledge of modern construction methods
• NEBOSH certification – Show a clear understanding of Health and Safety requirements specifically related to the power industry

• Degree in an Engineering discipline Or technical degree with required Site experience in various Position
• 20 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry with at least 8 Years in Construction Management of an overall Oil & Gas Construction Site including recommissioning, Commissioning and start upConsiderable and demonstrable experience in large scale construction activities/ project management
• Experience in managing budgets and programme delivery
